Zepbound

Adults with obesity or excess weight (overweight) who also have weight-related medical issues may find that Zepbound® (ZEHP-bownd), an injectable medication, helps them lose weight and maintain it off. It is best taken in conjunction with a lower-calorie diet and more exercise.

Since Zepbound contains tirzepatide, it should not be taken with any GLP-1 receptor agonist medications or other drugs that also contain tirzepatide. Zepbound’s safety and efficacy in combination with other prescription, over-the-counter, or herbal weight loss medicines are unknown. The potential application of Zepbound in patients with a history of p/ancreatitis is unknown. The safety and efficacy of Zepbound in children younger than 18 years old are unknown.
